We Prefer 500D Instead T1i

d500
Today we just posted about Canon new DSLR, the EOS 500D / Rebel T1i. The successor to the best-selling EOS 450D / XSi, it features a 15.1 Megapixel CMOS sensor, a 3in VGA / 920k screen, DIGIC 4 image processing, 3.4fps continuous shooting and HD video recording. Unlike the EOS 5D Mark II, the EOS 500D / T1i can switch from 1080p to 720p for longer recording times. With $900 and  preview of  Canon EOS 500D make this DSLR is very decent for us, but one thing we do not like is the name T1i, it just doesn’t flow and it creates typo between the “1″ and “I”. We prefer called it 500D instead T1i, how about you ?

boy, I sure agree with you on the t1i thing – what the heck is that? I’ll be referring to it as the 500d even here in the good ol’ USA.
