Samsung Electronics is ready to release the DualView DV300F WiFi-enabled compact digital camera in March 2012. The camera features a 16-megapixel CCD sensor with a 5x optical zoom and a 25mm wide-angle lens. What makes the DualView DV300F unique is that it has a 1.5-inch front-facing LCD display, so you can easily take your own pictures (self-portraits). This compact digicam supports Wi-Fi connectivity, so you can upload your pictures or videos to social media sites (Facebook, Picasa, Flickr and YouTube) or a cloud service (Samsung’s All Share Play and Microsoft’s SkyDrive). The WiFi connectivity also enables you to backup your images to your computer via a WiFi network or e-mail them to your friends without the need of a computer. If you don’t have a WiFi network at home, you can use a microSD card slot to save your images to a home PC. Additionally, the camera records 720p video at 30 frames per second. The Samsung MultiView MV800 is a unique compact digital camera with a flip-out touchscreen display. The camera has a 3-inch wide flip-out MultiView touch display that allows you to capture the perfect self-portrait or extreme low- and high-angled shots. The MV800 also features a 16.1-megapixels CCD sensor, a 5x optical zoom lens that offers the range from a useful 26mm wide angle to a moderate 130mm telephoto, 720p video recording capabilities, and the innovative Storyboard Maker. Maximum aperture varies from f/3.3 to f/5.9 across the zoom range, and the lens includes true optical image stabilization. ISO sensitivity ranges from 80 to 3,200 equivalents. Folks in South Korea are now able to buy the Samsung WB700 super-zoom digital camera. The 14.2MP camera features a 24mm Schneider lens with up to 18X optical zoom and up to 1.3X Smart Zoom. This compact camera also has a 3-inch LCD display, dual image stabilization (optical + digital), a full manual control, 720p HD video recording capabilities, a zoom noise reduction, an HDMI-out and RAW image support. The Samsung ST700 is a DualView camera that allows you to create better self-portrait pictures with a front-facing 1.8-inch display.
