This is the picture’s sample from “tough” Olympus Stylus 1050 SW, i called tough because these compact is very good companion for traveler lovers, can handle bumps, knocks, rain, mud, sand or dust.
Shortly the gear is both shockproof and waterproof.
Photoxels just review about these gear which capaple of withstanding a drop from 1.5m (5 ft) and can be used safely underwater down to 3m (10 ft). It is also winterized and can be used at temperatures as low as -10°C.
