The Hasselblad H4D-200MS medium-format digital SLR camera is capable of creating 200-megapixel photos. Designed for studio photographers, the H4D-200MS features a 50-megapixel sensor and adopts the multi-shot technology to produce a 200-megapixel image. A piezoelectric motor slightly moves the sensor, while the camera takes six images of a scene. It takes around 30 seconds to capture and stitch the six pictures into a 600MB, 200MP image. Other features include support for an external hard drive and an ISO range of 50 to 800. This camera features Hasselblad’s True Focus and Absolute Position Lock technologies. Designed for Hasselblad and Ferrari fans, this special edition digital camera is dedicated to the new generation of photographers looking for the ultimate image quality, and will be produced in 499 units. The camera is finished in Ferrari’s unique color “rosso fuoco”, and bears the legendary Racing Shield. The Hasselblad HC 50-II is a 50mm lens, which provides an angle of view similar to that of a 31.4mm lens mounted to a 35mm body. The lens boasts an updated optical design, resulting in more even performance across the frame, and better close-up capabilities. Hasselblad has announced the CFV-39 digital back to be used in conjunction with its V series of camera bodies. Featuring a 39 megapixel sensor, it offers two capture formats: 4:3 and square (at 29MP). It allows tethered shooting and offers a capture rate of 0.7fps.
