Canon Australia will launch the Limited Edition Red EOS 1100D Kit on June 6th, 2011. It is available in a limited quantity of 2,000 units. The kit consists of the red Canon EOS 1100D body, the Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5–5.6 IS II lens, the Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4–5.6 IS lens, a red strap and a custom-made aluminum travel case. The Hasselblad H4D-200MS medium-format digital SLR camera is capable of creating 200-megapixel photos. Designed for studio photographers, the H4D-200MS features a 50-megapixel sensor and adopts the multi-shot technology to produce a 200-megapixel image. A piezoelectric motor slightly moves the sensor, while the camera takes six images of a scene. It takes around 30 seconds to capture and stitch the six pictures into a 600MB, 200MP image. Other features include support for an external hard drive and an ISO range of 50 to 800. Sigma today unveiled the pricing and availability info of the SD1 DSLR camera. The company will launch its flagship medium-format DSLR in June 2011 for US$9,700. In case you didn’t know, this high-end digital SLR camera incorporates a 46-megapixel (4,800×3,200×3 layers) 24x16mm APS-C X3 direct image sensor and dual “TRUE (Three-layer Responsive Ultimate Engine) II” image processing engines. The SD1 is housed in a solid magnesium alloy body, making it extremely lightweight with an overall nice feel and pleasant handling. The weather resistant feature also protects the camera from the effects of harsh weather conditions. The Switronix XP-DV-CH is a power adapter cable for Canon’s EOS 5D, 7D and 60D digital SLR cameras. Abel Verdezoto has designed the Nikon D800 concept. It is a new approach to ergonomics reflex camera for recording video. The camera has a rotating handle, allowing you to hold it like a traditional camcorder. The rubber grip is removable, while the texture is very soft.
