Sony 24mm F2, 35mm F1.8 And 85mm F2.8 Lenses
Sony has issued three new Alpha A-Mount lenses including the Sony Distagon T* 24mm F2, DT 35mm F1.8 and 85mm F2.8 SAM. The Distagon T* 24mm F2 ZA SSM (SAL24F20Z) is a wide-angle lens for full-frame cameras, offering a focal range of 36mm on APS-C bodies. Meanwhile, the Sony DT 35mm F1.8 SAM (SAL35F18) and the Sony 85mm F2.8 SAM (SAL85F28) are two new affordable “Easy Choice” lenses. The Sony 85mm lens is compatible with both full-frame and APS-C cameras. The Sony Distagon T* 24mm F2 will be available in September for €1,250 ($1,622), the Sony 85mm F2.8 SAM for €250 ($324), and the Sony DT 35mm F1.8 in October 2010 for €200 ($259).
